The SmartOne app (“the app”) collects some Personal Data from its Users.
This privacy policy covers what data we collect, how we collect, store and use it. It also covers how the data can be shared with third parts.

Personal data collected
Requested to the user: Date of Birth, Gender, Origin, Height and Weight.
Measured by the app: Peak expiratory flow rate (Peak Flow) and Forced expiratory volume after 1 second (FEV1) Why we request personal data
The personal data is requested to the user by this Application in order to provide its services. The App will not work without the personal data specifically requested at the first access to the SmartOne app.
Data Controller and Owner
Users are the owners and they are unique responsible for any Personal Data requested or provided (measured) by this Application
Mode and place of processing the Data
Methods of processing
The Data is processed in a proper manner and the app shall take appropriate security measures to prevent involuntary modification or destruction of the Data.

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Smart One app to provide its services
Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data
• Calculate of Peak Flow or FEV1 target value to be compared with the measured values
• Provide a trend based on the comparison between measure values and target values
The sharing of the collected Data
The personal data collected by the app Smart One can be shared only under the user’s consent and his explicit authorization.
The sharing is performed in two ways:
• Writing some personal data stored by the app inside the apple’s HEALT app
• Sending the results of the measurement via e-mail
integration with Health app
SmartOne app is integrated with the apple’s app Health.
At the first access the user is requested to give or deny to SmartOne the permission to: Receives from Health the following personal data:
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Height
• Weight
Send to Health the following personal data:
• Peak Expiratory Flow Rate
• Forced Expiratory Volume after 1 sec
• Height
• Weight
The user can change at any time the permissions for the data sharing with Health app.

Result sharing via e-mail
The user can share via e-mail (as an attached pdf file) the results of the measurements of Peak
Expiratory Flow Rate and Forced Expiratory Volume after 1 sec The user exclusively decides the recipient of the e-mail and the pdf file does not have any information (ie: name or surname) that can directly reveal the identity of the user. Nevertheless the user might decide to add this information in the header of the pdf file.

Definitions and legal references
Personal Data (or Data)
Any information regarding a natural person, a legal person, an institution or an association, which is, or can be, identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
User
The individual using this app, which must coincide with or be authorized by the Data Subject, to whom the Personal Data refer.
Data Subject
The legal or natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Data Supervisor)
The natural person, legal person, public administration or any other body, association or organization authorized by the Data Controller to process the Personal Data in compliance with this privacy policy.
Data Controller (or Owner)
The natural person, legal person, public administration or any other body, association or organization with the right, also jointly with another Data Controller, to make decisions regarding the purposes, and the methods of processing of Personal Data and the means used, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of this Application. The Data Controller, unless otherwise specified, is the Owner of this Application.
The App
The hardware or software tool by which the Personal Data of the User is collected.
